Envelope Addressing: typed lists are required with address lines under the name in columns
Address Protocol: we use State Department & White House protocol for all calligraphy. On envelope addresses, apartment numbers and titles; such as "the Honorable" are on separate lines
House Names and Apartment Numbers are on a separate line
All state names and words are written out; such as "Northwest"
Zip codes do not count as additional lines if put below an address line
