This calligraphic font has been developed by Charing Cross and has been used by Washington National Cathedral and the Arch Diocese of Washington.

Below is our layout and the suggested details to include when completing the inserts.

These pages are to be attached with archival adhesive to the front pages of the guest book.

Page No.1

The line following "Born" may include the date and location.

"Entered into Rest" may include the date and location.

"Age" may include the number of years, months, and days.

Page No.2

The lines following "Family Record" may include the mother, father, and spouse.

"Other Members of the Family" may be listed with the name and relationship.

Page No.3
"Final Resting Place" may include the name of the Cemetery and city and state. 

"Laid to Rest" may include the time and date.  The same applies to "Services".
