RGI Custom Silk Scarf and Pocket Square

Notes: 

• Silk to be used: we prefer to use Silk Twill over Silk Satin
• Silk Twill we prefer is 12mm
• Advantages: it is a high gauge, it reflects light beautifully, has a delicate texture to it, a perfect amount of shine, sublimates the ink very well (so color will penetrate to the other side).   
• Scarf Size:  36 by 36 inch, hand rolled, Silk Twill is the standard for a luxury scarf maker
• Pocket Square Size: many sizes are considered appropriate.  We prefer 12 by 12 inch with hand rolled edges as we find this size to have the greatest appeal.  It is smaller and if an edge shows it will not be a machine stitched edge that may look unfinished. Gentlemen that may not typically use a pocket square are more likely to use a smaller one verses a larger one
• Digital printing allows for unlimited colours and shading (unlike silk screen printing) and the pattern may be very detailed (unlike silk screen printing)
• We will require additional art for the pocket square
• We require high resolution art sized for the size scarf and pocket square selected
• Please list and identify the colours using Pantone colour selections
• Should you consider an alternated design (possibly where you incorporate the logo or initials into the design) we are pleased to assist you. 
• The earliest a true sample may be ready is mid March.
• We require approximately three weeks after approval of the sample for production to be complete
• A $300 deposit to begin the sample process will be required.  The deposit will go toward the total project or will be forfitted if RGI does not proceed with approval. 
• One sample is included with the $300 deposit.  Should a design change be required there may be an additional fee.
• Samples of prior work completed are available.
