The cover of the book will measure approximately 5 by 7 inches (the prior book measures 3 by 5 inches)
The cover will be a brown color - smooth finish with a a natural patina and variation (the first leather images should represent what we plan to use.)
The cover will have little to no flexibility (like a traditional book) with squared off corners (the prior, 5 by 3" book is somewhat flexible with rounded corners)
The crest will be blind embossed on the front cover (no gold) - it will be the same die as used previously
A quote will be stamped in gold on the back cover
Custom endpapers may be added - we are thinking the marble paper we typically use with our Charing Cross books - please see the image
The pages will have gilt edges
There will be a ribbon marker and head band - colors to be determined - the book will be thick enough for just one ribbon marker - we are thinking a yellow gold (traditional color for important and special books)
An interior message may be included - something scribed by Congressman Arrington's office
Packaging to be determined - possibly a red or navy velvet pouch with the seal on the exterior
This book will be custom produced. A proof of the interior pages will be supplied. The interior pages will be based off the prior version. The book will be larger and a bit thinner. It has been determined that the book will measure approximately 5 inches left to right and 7 inches in height.
