"It's Friday afternoon and as I walk up the center of Pennsylvania Avenue toward the Capitol I am shocked at the scarcity of cars and pedestrians. I guess all the Feds leave work early on Friday. This original serigraph was printed in an edition limited to 100 prints. Note: All measurements given are the outside dimensions of the mat."
