Artist Carole Moore Biggio is primarily is known for her work in watercolor and for her religious, historic, and patriotic collections and commissions.  Washington, DC is a frequent inspiration for new works.  As a long time White House Volunteer, the White House has become a favorite of hers.  Recently she was selected as the White House illustrator for the Christmas 2020 Tour Book, which featured over 20 of her original illustrations.

Mrs. Biggio is a native New Englander who has moved extensively throughout the United States with her husband Terry and their two daughters.  Her work resides with several members of Congress, four U.S. Presidents, as well as with Pope Francis I.
